Personal Wellness Coaching Includes:

  • 1:1 sessions (virtual or Bay Area in-person) focused on your goals and capacity

  • Personalized training plan: mobility, strength, cardio, recovery, and breathwork

  • Between-session practices & habit support you can actually sustain

  • Messaging support for quick questions and accountability between sessions

  • Membership Access to the Soulfully You Community resource library

Functional Movement

Rebuild your foundation and move with confidence. We’ll improve joint mobility, core stability, posture, and everyday movement patterns so you can lift, carry, squat, reach, and play without flaring pain or fatigue.

You’ll focus on: mobility prep, gait + spinal mechanics, balance, hip/shoulder health, pain-aware progressions.

Cardio Dance

Cardio that brings joy back into your body. Rhythm-based movement to boost cardiovascular health, coordination, and mood—no perfection needed, just presence and play.

You’ll focus on: low- to moderate-impact flows, interval formats, breath-paced intensity, musicality.

Strength and Conditioning

Build strong, balanced capacity that supports real life. Customized progressive training to increase strength, endurance, and resilience while protecting joints and tendons.

You’ll focus on: compound lifts, tempo + time-under-tension, unilateral work, stability, recovery.

Breathwork and Mindfulness

Calm your nervous system and sharpen your focus. Learn accessible breath and awareness practices to downshift stress, improve sleep, and deepen mind-body connection.

You’ll focus on: various breathing practices, body scans, sleep management, and mindful resets you can use anywhere.
